Tina Santone, Consultant Solicitor


Tina Santone is an experienced solicitor in all aspects of employment law and was admitted to practice in 1999. She has acted for small businesses, large corporations and government agencies. She has conduct of many complex matters involving contracts, discrimination and WH&S matters.


Tina has worked as an assistant manager in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, providing legal and industrial relations research and advice to members of the Commission, legal practitioners, unions and employer organisations. She has previously been appointed as an Associate to a Deputy President of the Industrial Relations Commission and to a Judge of the Compensation Court of New South Wales.


Tina was formerly employed as a Senior Associate with a large law firm, heading up their workplace relations division. She has provided employment advice and representation to state government departments, local government, large corporations, small business and individual employees. 


Tina provides advice to employers regarding collective agreements, individual contracts and termination of employment. She develops policies and procedures that ensure employers meet their obligations under WH&S, discrimination and termination of employment legislation.

Master of Labour Law and Relations (Sydney)
Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW
