Carolyn Richardson was admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1998 and is admitted to the High Court of Australia. She has extensive experience across insurance litigation, major personal injury claims and complex legal costs disputes.
Carolyn previously practiced at senior levels within major CBD law firms, specialising in motor accident and later medical negligence matters before focusing on major personal injury litigation. Since 2008, she has also practised extensively in legal costs matters, advising on complex cost disputes and preparing matters for costs assessments or taxations in the Supreme Court of NSW and federal jurisdictions.
Carolyn is highly skilled in providing strategic, commercially focused advice and is recognised for her ability to support early and effective resolution of disputes.
