Chris Smith has been acting on behalf of and advising employers and insurers in the NSW workers compensation system for six years including statutory compensation claims, work injury damages claims, and recovery actions. Chris has predominantly acted for a range of NSW government departments including the emergency services as well as the private sector.
Chris enjoys working closely with clients on claims to obtain commercial and beneficial outcomes by taking a pragmatic approach to all litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
