Jackson Price is an Associate based in Gair Legal’s Newcastle office specialising in all aspects of workers compensation, including emergency service claims and work injury damages disputes. He is dedicated to providing tailored and strategic legal advice to insurers and employers. Jackson regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court of NSW and Supreme Court of NSW and is driven to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Prior to joining Gair Legal, Jackson commenced his career at a major national law firm, where he gained experience advising and acting for a diverse client base in complex building and construction disputes and multi-party litigation, to property development and planning matters.
His experience has allowed him to develop a well-rounded understanding of litigation and dispute resolution in the personal injury, insurance and construction sectors that he regularly applies to all aspects of his practice.
