Nadia Baker is a Partner based in Gair Legal’s Northern Beaches office and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. She joined the firm in January 2024 after 15 years practising in plaintiff personal injury law, bringing a unique perspective to her defendant practice. Nadia specialises in workers compensation, work injury damages, motor accident compensation, and public liability claims. She was recognised as a Recommended Defendant Workers’ Compensation Lawyer by Doyle’s Guide in 2025.
Nadia has extensive experience with both statutory workers compensation and common law claims. She regularly appears in the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court of New South Wales, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Her comprehensive understanding of both sides of personal injury law enables her to anticipate plaintiff strategies and deliver effective defence outcomes.
