Zac Simons is a Special Counsel based in Gair Legal’s Northern Beaches office, having practised with the firm since 2016. He has developed deep expertise in defendant personal injury law, advising insurers and employers across both litigated and non-litigated matters.
Zac has particular expertise in statutory workers compensation, work injury damages, public liability, recovery actions, and motor accident claims. He regularly appears before the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court of New South Wales, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a thorough command of procedural and substantive law.
